Have you ever noticed during a conversation the person says the exact thing you needed to hear and realize in the present moment the message came through them but not from them?

Have you noticed as life goes on how everything is for you? Recently I was contemplating my relationship with social media. I go back and forth about it all the time, a love/hate relationship with it. I’ve noticed lately that it feels very loud not just in information but in energy. And while I try to train my algorithm, I still get a lot of information I’m not looking for. My nervous system can get overwhelmed. But lately I’ve noticed a shift in my own energy when I’m on social media, I get drained by it. This morning I shared a clip on fb from the movie the matrix, a reference about AI. Immediately fb blocked me. I thought to myself, well the universe has just decided for me (at least with regards to fb) to detach from this energy I was feeling. Instead of fighting meta to get it back, I let it go. Already feeling lighter. Have you noticed how the universe always has your back?

I came across this video today and it really resonated. It showed me how I hide myself so I don't cause others any discomfort but inside I am slowly sabotaging my own growth.
