I want to remind everyone that the main shopping list is for the course of six months, things that you are going to pick up along the way. Don't get overwhelmed. You're going to make slight lifestyle changes and eventually you'll have all of that list and more. To feel less overwhelming and to get started let's just discuss a top 10 list of must-haves.
Healing is a lifestyle, not an Amazon haul.
So today, instead of giving you the full list again (which is meant to serve you for the next half-year, not Day 1), I want to give you the Top 10 Must-Haves so you can focus, ground yourself, and feel confident. These are the things that matter MOST as you prepare for your first purge.
Top 10 MUST-HAVES for the Purge
1️⃣ Castor Oil Capsules (to freeze before purge week) These help open pathways, lubricate, and support elimination during the 10-day purge.
2️⃣ Wormwood (tincture or powder) Potent antiparasitic + gut purifier.
3️⃣ Cloves (powder, tincture, or whole for tea) Clove is your egg-killer. It shuts down parasite life cycles.
4️⃣ Black Walnut Hull (raw or tincture) A powerhouse used ONLY during purge windows.
5️⃣ Pumpkin Seeds (daily) Rich in cucurbitacin that helps paralyze parasites and support digestion daily.
6️⃣ Celtic Salt, Himalayan Salt, or Fulvic Minerals for electrolytes, mineral support, hydration, and detox flow.
7️⃣ Organic Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil. Daily spoonful with antimicrobial and digestion supporting properties.
8️⃣ Something that is best suiting to get your bowels moving such as Psyllium Husk, flax seed, yellow dragonfruit, extra virgin olive oil, etc. refer to gut motility pdf. Helps sweep debris from die off out during detox.
9️⃣ Magnesium Glycinate or Dead Sea Magnesium Flakes. For sleep, relaxation, detox, and bowel movement support. (Dead Sea flakes appear in the PDF’s detox therapy section.)
🔟 Garlic or Oil of Oregano. Both are incredibly supportive for microbial balance and detox.
Why These 10?
Because these are the things that prepare your terrain, open your detox pathways, support daily elimination, and make the actual purge WAY easier on your body.
Everything else on your 6-month list is what I call “add-as-you-go layers.” If you’re the type of person who wants to get it all at once by all means feel free but they are optional, not required starters.
Final Reminder
You’re not supposed to be perfect on Day 1.
You’re supposed to be committed, curious, and willing to make small, consistent changes.
Stick with the top 10 for now.
Everything else will fall into place over the next few months, I promise.
Let’s prepare to purge and rebuild a body you actually feel safe living in.
