First & formeost this is a community of support. We are here to engage and grow and learn together. My core values as a human are:

Ethics, integrity, excellence, compassion & fortitude. It's how I live and do my work.

In this community I ask that we do not directly discuss the following:

Poitics & religion!!!

Reason being these topics tend to be divisive, and we are going for cohesion and community here. Of course these topics will come up peripherally, but I ask that we remember our purpose here is to be curious and learn about our minds so that we can live better lives.

There is also no tolerance whatsoever for unkindness, for snarky comments or being rude. I assume this will be a non- issue, but I'm putting it here at the beginning because I will delete and block anyone who is unkind or disrespcetful.

Lastly there is NO CROSS SELLING here! This is not a place for you to sell something to other members. If you form a connection with someone and would like to share offers privately, that's GREAT. But first and formost, I am cultivating a place where people can feel safe and comfortable sharing themselves, their struggles and most importantly, their wins.

One of my most heartfelt goals for this community is to share some of my knowledge with others and do so in a way that is uplifting and purposeful. As the community grows, my vision is that we lift one another up and can have a place we look forward to coming to and interacting wih each other.
