Hi, I’m Michelle Lesesne-De Santis, LCSW & LMC — licensed therapist, educator, and founder of CAMPY: Creating A More Powerful You. The guy with me is my husband & partner, Dr. Mark De Santis, a licensed neuropsychologist & behavioral medicine specialist.
We created CAMPY because real, lasting change doesn’t just happen happen in a therapy room. It can happen in safe, supportive spaces where we can ask questions, learn, reflect, grow, and be seen. After years of helping people move through anxiety, overwhelm, and self-doubt, I’ve learned this: when you understand your mind and surround yourself with the right community, everything shifts.
