Can I get some advice?
Hello! My name is Madelyn! I was just looking for some advice on how to make sure my hitting arm is always following the correct “steps” when I’m going up to swing at the ball. I hope this makes sense and I can get some tips! Thank you!

Torso Harness
My name is Kim and my daughter attended the Columbus clinic and loved every minute of it. She was excited to get started on the arm speed course but noticed that each day of the first week and day one of the second week begins with the torso harness. She did not get one in her kit. Was there supposed to be one in her kit and if not, is there a way to modify that first exercise? She did not begin because she is thinking that it would not promote the proper mechanics to do the exercises without the proper equipment.
Intro
Hi everyone. My name is Avery. I am from Las Vegas, NV but I attended the Seattle clinic. My sports are volleyball, golf, basketball and cross country and the main reason I joined PC360 is my mom said it would be good for me. My biggest goal is to be healthy, successful and make lots of money. One movement challenge I’d like to improve is the hip motion in volleyball hitting and the hip motion in a golf swing.
