trying to get started
Hey, in my area school is starting in a couple of weeks which means highschool volleyball season starts soon. I am planning on starting this program soon and I was wondering how it would be possible to fit these sessions into my school schedule. I am in pacific time and practice is usually 2 hours after school which means I end at 5:00ish pacific time. I am not sure of how I would be able to fit in these sessions 2-3 times a week. Would I just do the workouts 2-3 times a week and post a video for evaluation? And then go to the Sunday calls which is the only day I am free?
