Battling Temptation in the Diet
The temptation of cheating the diet will always be there. Tips to stay locked in:
  • Don’t keep trigger foods in the house. If it’s not there, you can’t grab it.
  • Hydrate + protein up. Most cravings are thirst or under-fueling in disguise.
  • Delay the impulse. Give it 20 minutes. Go for a walk, shower, text a friend. Cravings pass.
Discipline is a skill. The more you practice, the easier it gets. Keep in mind that these things will all still exist in the future! Stay locked in. Have a great weekend!
