Diets are temporary, and while some work in the short term, most are not sustainable. The goal should be to make lifestyle changes that support your long term goals. Instead of saying no sugar for a month, choose not to buy sugary foods at the grocery store. And if you're at a a gathering eat the desert. This will make it easier for long term success.

Healthy doesn’t have to be expensive
I stick to the real foods when I go to the grocery store. Meats, veggies, dairy. I just walked out with all of this for less than $45. Will last well over two weeks with my fasting schedule, but that’s a post for another day. What does your grocery list look like?
