🌍🍄 From Earth to the Stars — and Back
Today I was deeply honored to spend the day with Sunita Williams, former NASA astronaut, in Planica, Slovenia. She is a woman who has lived beyond Earth —months floating in silence, orbiting our blue planet, watching storms, oceans and continents pass beneath her. She has seen how fragile and precious this world truly is. I am someone who walks into forests, into soil, into mushrooms and living ecosystems —guiding people back into the intelligence of Earth. We come from opposite ends of existence: she from space, I from the ground. Yet we speak about the same truth. 🧬 What happens to the human being in space Sunita shared how in microgravity:• the body loses its natural fluid flow• the face swells, sinuses clog, pressure builds• muscles weaken, bones thin• the senses change — taste, smell, touch, orientation There is no silence — only the hum of machines. No wind. No forest. No soil. No microbes. The body slowly forgets how to be Earth. 🌿 And what happens when you return Coming back to gravity is like being reborn into the body. The fluids flow again. The sinuses open. The Earth pulls you home. The senses wake up. This is where my work begins. 🍄 My mission I work with living intelligence —mushrooms, forests, breath, vibration, and the body’s ancient memory of belonging to Earth. Where space weakens the human organism, the living biosphere heals it. 🌍 A message from someone who has seen it Sunita has seen Earth from orbit. She knows — from first-hand experience — that the Earth is round, alive, and unbelievably fragile. She said what many astronauts say: “When you see Earth from space, you realize how everything is connected.” There is no separation. No border. No “elsewhere.” Only one living system. ✨ Why this meeting mattered We met at the crossroads of: cosmos and soiltechnology and naturestars and fungimind and bodyfuture and origin It was a remembrance. 🌱 Invitation Protect your senses. Protect your connection to Earth. Touch the soil. Breathe the forest. Listen to silence.
