Thank you for these questions, Øyvind. They show depth, maturity and self-awareness — qualities that matter more than any “technique. ”I’ll answer each of them from my own lived experience, not from theory. 1) How do you clean your system after merging with someone? I don’t “clean” — I release. Through breath, movement, water, and grounding. The body knows how to let go if we don’t hold what isn’t ours. Usually:• shaking• deep exhale• walking barefoot• touching a tree• cold water• sound/vibrationIt all returns me to myself. 2) How do you avoid absorbing trauma while helping? By remembering this truth: I am a mirror, not a container. If I try to hold their pain, I suffer. If I reflect their pain back with presence, they transform. 3) How do you stay centered when someone reacts with fear, anger or resistance? I stay rooted in my spine and my breath. Fear is projection. Anger is protection. Resistance is a threshold. Nothing of it is about me. When I don’t take it personally, my center doesn’t move. 4) How do you feel the line between what is mine and what is theirs? The body tells me. If an emotion enters me but feels “thin,” “sharp,” or “misplaced,” it’s theirs. If it resonates in my bones, it’s mine. Wisdom lives in the sensations. 5) What natural forces do you work with, and how do you connect? Earth for grounding. Water for cleansing. Fire for transformation. Air for clarity. Mushrooms for remembering. Connection comes through humility — not command. 6) How do you control intensity through breath? Slow inhale, long exhale. Intensity always follows exhale length, not inhale volume. When breath lengthens, the field softens. 7) How do you differentiate true perception from projection? Projection has emotion mixed into it. True perception is quiet. It arrives without story, without attachment, without need to be right. 8) What does “listening behind reality” mean for you? It means hearing what the moment is pointing to, not what the person is saying. It’s the silence behind the words. The energy behind the posture. The truth behind the mask.

Øyvind, thank you for your message. At this moment, the kind of questions you’re asking go beyond what I can answer here in the community. They require a personal 1:1 setting, context, grounding, and shared understanding — not public discussion. If you feel called to explore this deeper, you’re welcome to book a consultation through the Classroom. Otherwise, I invite you to simply be present in the Portal, observe, and take things slowly. Thank you for understanding. 🙏
Welcome! Start here 🙏
A warm welcome to the Portal of Light & Peace Beloved souls, welcome to this sacred space. ✨ My name is Lado, the creator of HEalingART, forest medicine explorer, and long-time student of the ancient intelligence of nature, sound, water and light. For years, my path has led me through forests, oceans, ceremonies, Amanita medicine, silence, and the deep inner worlds we often explore alone. This Portal was born from that journey —from a longing to create a place where we don’t have to walk this path in isolation, where we can rise together, learn together, remember together. A space of light, presence, wisdom, and inner awakening. I’m deeply grateful you’re here. 🌟 Why this Portal exists Because transformation needs community. Because medicine is deeper when shared. Because the world needs spaces of gentleness, depth, honesty and authenticity. And because each of us carries a gift, a story, a frequency that becomes more powerful when woven together. Here, everything is allowed —as long as it comes with intention, respect, and an open heart. 🌿 I’d love to know… Please comment below and share: ✨ Who are you?✨ Where in the world are you from?✨ What called you into this Portal?✨ What would you love to explore, heal, awaken or learn here?✨ What is moving inside you right now? Question about 🍄!
Hello hello 🙂 As someone who has never tried Amanita before, but has sat with Psilocybe mushrooms many times... I am wondering about the idea of combining the two different mushrooms and ingesting them together...? would they "synergize" well, is that something that is worth exploring? or not really recommended? Of course, I first want to explore Amanita by itself and really take my time with getting to know this medicine. It's just a curiosity that popped into my mind, as I heard someone discussing the idea of taking Amanita on the "come-down" of a psilocybin journey... and it got me wondering to what extent these mushrooms would combine well. Or not! Maybe it's better to really commune with each medicine individually. Almost as a matter of respect and honoring their unique offerings. I will have an opportunity to sit with Amanita soon (low dose) and am so much looking forward. would appreciate and value any thoughts and feedback Dr. Fungi 🙏 and anyone else. Mush love 🍄❤️

Amanita Muscaria Mushroom - The Sacred Medicine 🙏🍄🙏
Amanita is a feminine intelligence. Not in a “gender” sense, but in presence:soft, ancient, patient, deep, lunar, introspective. More grandmother than teacher… More mirror than guide. She doesn’t like force. She doesn’t open quickly. She observes you first. Amanita works differently from Psilocybin or DMT: 1. She works through the nervous system Calming, reorganizing, balancing. You feel it in the body before the mind. 2. She works through dreams Often the biggest teachings come at night. She teaches in symbols, archetypes, memory. 3. She is somatic, emotional, grounding... Not cosmic explosions .Not visual fireworks. More like:“Sit. Breathe. Feel. Remember. Release.” 4. She brings suppressed emotions to the surface But in a gentle way — like opening old drawers with soft hands. 5. She teaches humility and presence. There is no running with Amanita. Only being. Her specialty? Shadow integration. Trauma unwinding. Nervous system reset. Reconnection with the body. Rebuilding inner safety. Ancient memory. And the remembrance of who you were before the world shaped you. If you ever choose to meet her: Start slow. Very slow. Micro first. Let her feel you. Let her choose the pace. She is not a party medicine. She is not a “trip.” She is a relationship. And if you approach her with respect and patience…she opens like a temple. I’m here if you want to explore this further & holding the place for this Sacred Medicine🌿✨
