News from Japan: Ruler of the Black Flame lottery winners down to 10 booster packs

Yesterday I heard from someone that lives in Japan, that Pokemon Japan has changed the amount of product you get IF you win the lottery of the new upcoming set Ruler of the Black Flame.

Instead of getting 1 booster box, you now only get 10 packs.

This isn't good news, as Pokemon Japan had 'promised' to increase supply about 6 months ago when they released their official apology for Vstar Universe being scalped so much.

Now 6 months later, it seems like things are getting worse, going from a booster box to 10 packs..

I hope they are able to recover soon.. I do think this means that chances of reprints on previous Japanese sets got smaller once again. If they can't even print a new set to meet demand, how are they going to catch up with older sets? Especially with trying to meet demand of the current Pokemon Card 151 set.
