PMP Certification worth in Saudi Arabia

Hey Community

Help me with answering this query , I am PMP certified professional working in Construction Industry in Saudi Arabia. I accredited this PMP on Feb 2025. Am I eligible to hike or appraisal in terms of salary. Is there any particular proof from PMI to fight in my organization to increase my salary.

pls help if you guys encounter this situation, surviving in construction companies is becoming like a hell with minimum salaries compared to other industries.
