application audit (failed)
I've been selected for auditing and have uploaded the corresponding documentation. I've been told that the project descriptions are incorrect: this is the message.
I think one of the problem is I applied with the same description in two projects (the projects were with same scope and functions). I attache in this post the description using the chatgpt's video description of andrew to make the description. Anyone could advise me in order to be more clear in what the PMI are asking to me ?
thank you so much, as future project manager this is a preparation managing issues
PMI e-mail
Dear,
We regret to inform you that you failed PMI's audit process for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® Credential.
Eligibility Not Met: Project Management Role
  • Perform their duties under general supervision and are responsible for all aspects of the project for the life of the project
  • Lead and direct cross-functional teams to deliver projects within the constraints of schedule, budget and resources
  • Demonstrate sufficient knowledge and experience to appropriately apply a methodology to projects that have reasonably well-defined project requirements and deliverables
The description you provided is unclear regarding the tasks and role that you specifically performed. They are duplicative and should be independent of each other in order to display reasonable knowledge and experience in project management.
