Curiosity first. Decisions later
Can we agree on something before the week really gets going? You’re allowed to be curious.
Not curious in a “blow up your life” way. Just curious in an honest, huh . . . that’s interesting kind of way. The kind where you notice what you like, what catches your attention, what your body leans toward, without immediately needing to explain or justify it. Exploring doesn’t mean acting. It doesn’t mean deciding anything. It just means letting yourself notice without rushing to shut it down or label it.
🍒 This week, try giving yourself permission to pause instead of dismiss. To think “I wonder why I like that” instead of “I shouldn’t.” To let curiosity be information, not a problem to solve.
When was the last time you let yourself be curious without needing an answer?
