Ok ok ok last one for today !!
Repotted both my Swiss cheese monstera because they were looking leggy and yellowing on me so I put them together in another pot and she looks happier!! 😊 🪴 I didn’t water her for now because the soil I took them out from was soaked so decided to give the watering a break and I used the dollar tree flower hair clips to hold her on the trellis and it looks cuter !!! Anybody else uses hair clips for their plants ?

Spider plant repotting!! 🕷️ 🪴⤵️
I been busy today lol !!! Pot upgrade for this beauty! 🌿 Double-potted and thriving. I potted my spider plant in a nursery pot then a decorative pot. I noticed she was drying out too fast in the terracotta pot .Sometimes the simplest swaps make the biggest difference!! She looks happy in her new pot !! Anybody else feel this way about terracotta pots ??

Part 2: The Germination Setup 🦋🌱
Following up on my last post! After letting my butterfly pea seeds soak for over 24 hours to help break their dormancy, it’s time to get them ready for germination when I took them out of soaking they looked a little plumped. Here is how I’ve set them up: • The Nest:🪹 I placed the soaked seeds onto a damp paper towel. Pro-tip: Make sure the towel is moist but not dripping wet you want them hydrated, not swimming! • The Enclosure: I carefully tucked the seeds inside the damp towel, folded it, and placed it into a Ziploc bag. This creates a little mini-greenhouse to maintain humidity. • The "Dark Room": Finally, I’ve placed the sealed bag inside a dark Tupperware container. Keeping them in the dark helps mimic the environment of being tucked safely underground. Now, the waiting game begins! I'll be checking on them regularly to ensure they stay moist and watch for that first sign of a root emerging. Anybody else going to try this ? I know it’s a long process but fingers crossed 🤞for good results !!

🛠️ Butterfly Pea Hack: The "Nail File" Method!
Want to speed up germination for these stubborn heirloom( 🦋 🫛)seeds? Here is what’s happening in the jungle today: 👩‍🌾 1. The Scarify: I used a nail file to gently nick the side of each seed. This breaks that "armor" so water can actually get in! 🛡️ 2. The Soak: They are now in a warm water bath to hydrate. You can already see the air bubbles working! 💦 3. The Next Step: I’m letting them swell for 12–24 hours before moving them to their warm napkin "sauna." Check back tomorrow I’ll post a side-by-side to show you how much they’ve plumped up! 🦋✨ Have you ever tried "filing" your seeds? Let me know below! 👇
