Results after Running Natty+ after 3 weeks
So I finally pulled the trigger and ended up starting a very mild stack. It has been 3 weeks and this is my experience.
A little context, I started at 20% body fat and started the stack along with my cut.
The stack:
MK-677 10 mgs at night but Stated bumping it to 20mgs. 2 days on 1 day off.
Enclo 12.5mgs first thing in the morning everyday.
AC-262 10 mis first thing in the morning everyday also started bubbling the dose here and there lately.
5-amino 50 mags first thing in the morning everyday.
Lifestyle and work out:
I work out fasted first ting in the morning after taking the supps.
Pull/push/legs 1 day rest day and PPL again.
I alternate between a heavy session low volume session once a week and make the other a high volume one with low loads. I also only hit legs with weights only once a week and the other I will do a long walk, golf and thinking implementing sprints. I don't really care for growing my legs that much anymore.
I have also been making sure to get more than 10k steps a day.
Results:
The most noticeable is that although I am aggressively cutting, my strength has significantly increased and my lifts feel super solid like all the muscles are firing correctly. Although I did not test my PRs before hand, I know strength has gone up significantly because before I could maybe get 2-3 reps on 225 and now I hit 225 for 6 reps yesterday while losing weight and fat. Similar, feeling for all the other lifts.
After these 3 weeks I am down to 16% body fat although I think there is some water retention from the MK but the abs starting to pop nicely.
Blood work:
I also did not get one at the start and just got one done start of week 4 (yesterday)
My bloodwork shows total testosterone at 566 ng/dL (mid-normal range) and FSH at 3.28 mIU/mL (unsuppressed), indicating the 12.5 mg enclomiphene is effectively countering any mild suppression from the 10 mg AC-262 without HPTA shutdown. Prolactin is normal at 14 ng/mL, and PSA is low at 0.45 ng/mL, suggesting no significant androgenic sides or prolactin elevation from the 10 mg MK-677.
Lipids are the main concern, with total cholesterol at 225 mg/dL (high), LDL at 196 mg/dL (high), and HDL at 18 mg/dL (low), likely influenced by MK-677's GH effects during my caloric deficit.
Overall, the stack appears safe and supportive for my cut, with stable glucose (88.2 mg/dL) and no other red flags.
Next steps:
I am liking the stack at this minimal doses and would love to see how they feel while at a maintenance or bulk. I am however thinking of upping the AC262 to 20mgs to maintain continue the muscle and strength gains.
I opted out of trying YK-11 due to the side effects but I am looking at some more potent SARMs like LDG or RAD-140 for the next cycle.
I also looking to try Cardarine or SLU-PP for the cut.
I more than happy to receive feedback here of where I am and the next steps to take it to the next level.
