Boys I need some advice for the next 4–5 weeks.
This is my current stack:
• Test E 250/week (split into 3 pins)
• Anavar 10 mg x3/day
• Retatrutide 0.75 mg/week
• NAC + fish oil
• Magnesium at night
• Vyvanse 60 mg/day
• 3L water + 200g protein daily
Training hard, calories tight, strength solid.
I’m just wondering what ONE extra compound (if any) you’d add for a short 4–5 week run to tighten up, get a bit more pop, and keep strength high without smashing my appetite or sleep since I’m on Reta.
Not looking to go crazy, just something that actually moves the needle for a short push.
What would you throw in? Or would you just ride out the Test + Var?
