Easy Meal Prep (505 calories)
I made this simple meal prep using 1 pound of 96% lean beef split into 3 servings:
• Beef with low sodium taco seasoning (⅓ of the cooked batch = 200 calories)
• 1 cup roasted sweet potatoes
I cooked the sweet potatoes at 425° for 25 minutes. I used avocado cooking spray instead of oil with salt, pepper, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper.
• ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
• ½ small avocado
Macros per serving: 505 calories
• 49.5g protein • 40.5g carbs • 13–15g fat • 8g fiber
