🌝Full Moon in Gemini & how to use it and ✨BLESSINGS✨✨✨✨
Happy Full Moon Tribers! My wonderful family, sending YOU blessings!!! As all full moons - it’s a great time to release what no longer serves so we can free space for what does AND contemplate on what would be something you would like to invite into your life 🥰 This is the last super moon for this year and it being in Gemini - communication & genuine connection energies are amplified. It’s a good time to release to the world a project, a thought, an album, a song, a program! By clearly communicating your intentions and genuinely connecting with like minded - it is bound to success! Rest is super important at this time - conserving energy is crucial. So if you are a gym freak, maybe take a day off 🤷‍♀️ or a couple… Moon water - water has memory (look up Dr Emoto’s experiments with frozen water crystals for scientific proof) and I put a jar (a 10 gallon jar for me but you can get away even with a cup to get it going) on the moonlight tonight, setting an intention. In the morning, you can then dilute this water with regular water and it will charge that one as well. If you have any special crystals - place them next to the jar to cleans and charge with the moonlight tonight. My faves are amethyst (health, healing, calmness & peace), citrine (abundance, joy and mental clarity) and clear crystal (laser focus and mental clarity + amplification of all other crystals’ energies). The effects of the full moon are usually within a few days of it so no worries if you see this tomorrow or the next day. Just do it! Feel free to share what you are releasing and what you are calling in, in the comments. I am releasing noise, pressure and unclarity. Powerful Potent Rest -NIDRA
Hi Tribers! I have been practicing Yoga Nidra most of my life and it has truly helped me to live aligned healthy happy life. I wanted to share here with you this super awesome video with it - for those of you who are familiar with the practice - will appreciate it how good it is and those of you that are not familiar - will be blown away by how potent of practice this is for such a short period of time - one hour only… Meditation-like. People often say that 1 hour of nidra equals 8 hours of deep sleep… Try it for yourself. 💕 Nidra - deep sleep, rest, restore, lay in peace 💕 Special thanks to @VALA aka Valgerður Eva Þorvaldsdóttir foe the recommendation! Happy Full Moon Tribe! Set intentions 🌕💕
It’s not just a full moon it’s a SUPER MOON (the last one for this year) and it’s super potent 💕 Take a relaxing bath w roses and essential oils (I am doing that right meaw) or whatever other self care goodness floats your boat. Set intentions- what you are grateful for and what you want to call in as well as what you want to let go of… I will share mine in the comments. Also, sharing one of my meditations here to raise vibration and abundance in your life. Close eyes and just follow the instructions truly BEING in the moment. It’s ok if you fall asleep. If that happens mention it in the comments tomorrow or whenever you wake up :) I will tell you why it happened :) 💕 Blessings my wonderful family 💕
✨beginners friendly Yoga | Meditation | Sound Bath | Intention - for Better You✨
Hi tribers❤️❤️❤️, I practice & teach yoga and meditation most of my life. It’s a side project for fun but in reality is a foundation integral part of all I do. Always had in person classes until I started touring. Then moved a lot of these classes online via zoom and then later in a platform called kajabi when I had all kind of courses and memberships - from yoga and meditation to artist management and label services, radio broadcasting, piano, vocals coaching, music production, DJ trainings and also other instruments w different instructors… Oh snap!! I didn’t mean this to be so long!🤷‍♀️ I did ask you here before some time ago whether you want me to share some yoga practices with you… The tribe has grown quite a bit ever since and now is a good time to throw this in here - use it or not… 😉 ❣️This practice is good for: -musicians, -people that work in front of computers a lot -and anyone who is NOT in a perfect body alignment for long periods of time; -as well as if you are somehow chronically stressed or feel pressured by circumstances…. It helps you ground an focus, get clarity and calm.❣️ 🫶All level beginner friendly 1. yoga - stretch & strengthen 2.
