Module 7 Reflections
Going through this module and learning about AI and the technology advancements that could potentially be the future of the health industry, it’s nice to have choices of how I want to take care of my health, and how I want to proceed in the future of health industry. Personally, I prefer to stay away from AI visuals, my stomach and brain are not always in great communication with one another. The scavenger hunt led me to a clinic here in Southern California that does the PNOE testing. Is the cost of $600 worth the investment for the all inclusive package? Yes, indeed if someone is concerned or just wants to take the understanding of their health more in depth. My dad’s side of the family has a history of diabetes. My mom’s side has obesity. I prioritize my health in all aspects, more as I get older, because my 90 year old self who will still be running as long distances as her body will let her is why I’m learning as much as I can regarding what it means for me to be healthy.
One thing I’ve started doing more of is putting on my noise cancelling headphones and listening to the breathe audio track. I made a decision to lay down the first time I tried it, and woke up feeling very refreshed after that nap. I now sit up but allow my own visuals to show me what they need to. Since starting the breathing sessions, I have become calmer, and realized at how quickly my thinking turns into overthinking and that is how my anxiety shows up. I like that I can do an at home blood test that will be decoded to my specific body type. It will help me gain a better perspective into my body and the functionality with my cardiovascular and hormonal insights.
