GO JOEL! 💪
Today @Joel Thulin is meeting with the decision makers at his school to finalize details for the year long partnership💪 If there is an example of EXACTLY how this program is built to work (outreach your community - offer program - make impact and revenue) Joel has been the living blueprint of the Certification Program/Fellowship in action. He's going to pitch the Physiology First 5 app, Physiology First University Platform, and Foundations program for students, families, and faculty as well as one full day each week for on-site implementation Sending you all the best as you head into the meeting today, Joel! You've got this👊🏽

Exciting Updates from the Physiology First Fellowship!
Team, We had a truly inspired Physiology First Fellowship meeting last night, as always. The global energy is building, the team is incredible, and everyone is ready to rock and roll! A few exciting updates: We’re officially launching the Physiology First Parents Circle. Beginning next week, we’ll be hosting a live session Monday through Friday at 12:00 p.m. UK time. Each session will feature a short presentation followed by an interactive discussion on the science of health and human potential. Fellowship members who are available will take turns presenting on different topics, inviting parents into the conversation, and helping them become informed, educated advocates for their children’s health. We kick things off next week with our first five topics. Also, congratulations to Joel, who had an outstanding meeting with local school officials today and has secured an opportunity to bring both the Physiology First approach and his incredible performance mindset work into the Swedish school system on a daily basis! An amazing achievement and a testament to his passion, commitment, and hard work - and to what this community is building. Finally, The Code of Potential begins on August 16, with parents already joining us from Singapore, Australia, and around the world. Exciting times! Thank you all for being part of this movement. Onwards. ~ David and Physiology First

This is amazing!! I had a bunch of my parents pick up today asking when “their time” is. Going to spin this into an in person circle group with my community. Can’t wait to grow this mission wide!
Thank you all!
Hi all, Quick update from my side — the meeting with the school went really well! I’ll be on-site every Tuesday for the rest of the school year, running the program across all five pillars in blocks throughout the term, combining the Physiology First approach with my own framework. Excited to get started and will keep you posted as things move forward.🔥🔥🔥 Thank you for your support!❤️

So exciting!!! Congratulations!!!!
I may have found a location for the next few months!
My kids' alternative school is offering their space, and we're trying to see if we can collaborate with a local organization that could offer light childcare for younger kiddos/infants. I need to send them a sample of the offering, and if they accept, I could potentially offer everything for free! It would be a series for now, potentially long-term, but we're thinking Sept–Dec, once or twice a month on Sunday afternoons. Interest so far: • Breathing class • Movement/family strength class I'm wondering how to structure it. I'd like to be prepared for a class involving the whole family. I'll have my boys with me (ages 6 & 9), and there will likely be a mix of younger kids (the school ages are 4–12, maybe some teens) and parents with infants, which is why the childcare support would be so helpful. Eventually, I'd love to offer classes for teens and/or moms (my jam ), but for now I'd really appreciate any help setting this up. We'd have 1 hour total: time to arrive and settle in, a workshop and/or class (still figuring out the structure), and I'd love to keep the last 15 minutes for a little gathering where parents and kiddos can mingle, share a healthy snack, tea, etc. I'll collaborate with other people in the community for things like tea. Equipment-wise, there's nothing available since it's a kids camp/school, so we'd need BYO mats/pillows/blankets for breathwork and stick to bodyweight movements for the movement class. Thanks! Super excited! :)

Hi All!! Wanted to take a minute to pop back on here. I have been involved in physiology first since 2020 first as an interested educator learning and now as a leader working in my community for the past 6 years. I have brought this mission into my community and surrounding communities working with the youngest learners (elementary school ages) both in schools and privately. I run a summer camp rooted in the physiology first principles. Currently I am working on converting a room in the school I work at to bring this mission of physiology first to life. It’s been a wild ride and so informative both personally and professionally. Would love to connect with you all to continue to further this mission.

@Rach Friedli truthfully it’s what David always says- just get out in your community even if it’s with one person. It will grow from there if you are real, authentic and knowledgeable. I started with the younger kids bc I am an educator by trade and gained traction in my community and then was brought into the elementary schools in my district and others. I am currently back in a school setting so I just started sprinkling my principles where I could with some of the students and my head of school noticed and asked if I would develop a room and a program for the students (and I’m adding the parents and teachers to the mix bc they are important players in our young people’s lives). It’s been a wild journey for sure!

@Cindy T. De Bonis let’s connect! That age group is my sweet spot and it’s so rewarding when you see them begin to take agency at such a young age
