Last friday I was part of a photoshooting. The theme was flying-dresses. It is part of a commercial and marketing campaign of a company. I was part of it as the assistant mainly engaged in helping with lighting. Anyway I had my Nikon D200 on my neck all the time. As you may already know me, I like taking candid moments and this is one of them. It was a moment when both the girl and the horse were having a short pause and that was my moment 😄. The sky was that of the sunset, but for me B&W was more tempting 😅. Your honest feedback is more than welcomed!

I've been spending more time exploring black-and-white photography and am really enjoying it. I'm focusing on seeing light, shadow, and tonal contrast more intentionally, and this image is part of that practice. While out on my bike ride today, I came across this proud field worker harvesting marigolds. When he saw me taking photos, he spread his arms with a smile and proudly showed off his beautiful crop. Moments like this are one of the reasons I always try to have my camera with me.
