Listening can take that weight off your shoulders
Today while I was talking with a family member,I came to the realization,behind a smile we hide heart ache, when you sit and listen to somebody who needs to vent,you can see the weight lift,even through tears, the pain being express can open you up to feeling free. No Matter how your life is,others too are struggling with something,just take that time to focus and read between the lines.We all need love,hugs,and just to be listened to without judgement.
