Hi everyone! I’m Carrie. 😊 I’m not sure if this group is active but I’m still going to do the tasks to get something out of it ☺️ I joined because I want to stop overthinking and start taking more consistent action. I really like the idea of a Minimum Viable System because I tend to make my goals too big. I’m hoping to use MVS by starting with small daily habits and then using iteration to improve them over time. Looking forward to learning!

1. I will do all the required course assignments. I will not move on to the next section unless all required assignments are complete. If I ever decide to move to the next section without completing the assignment, then I will let the community know and ask for help.

I signed up to investigate different theories of productivity and apply them. Observe differences and hopefully become more productive. I could use these systems to make sure I am consistent in what I do and more focused, e.g. study/learning on a more regular basis instead of one offs

These last 2 weeks doing the evening wind-down, I have noticed that most days I have been very tired, I am doing better now with not over working myself on my capstone project, which I feel like I have made a lot more progress on in short amounts of time (1-2 hours working on it). I have also downloaded a new app called "Alarmy", which gives you little games to play in the morning before you turn off your alarm. I'm hoping to see some improvments with this app!
