These last 2 weeks doing the evening wind-down, I have noticed that most days I have been very tired, I am doing better now with not over working myself on my capstone project, which I feel like I have made a lot more progress on in short amounts of time (1-2 hours working on it). I have also downloaded a new app called "Alarmy", which gives you little games to play in the morning before you turn off your alarm. I'm hoping to see some improvments with this app!
