When I first took over Perma Resilience from Bret, I didn’t know exactly where it would go — I just knew the why behind it was too important to fade away. A space built to reconnect people to land, to resilience, and to each other… deserved to keep growing.

And now, we’ve reached 1,000 members!

A thousand people learning, planting, and building side by side — proof that resilience isn’t just an idea, it’s a living movement.

When I think back to those first few months, I remember wondering if anyone would show up to the calls, or share their projects. But you did — in gardens, in backyards, on farms, and in your daily lives. Somewhere along the way, Perma Resilience became alive.
