🎯 Level Up, Get Featured, Unlock the Vault|| Quick reminder
Here's how this community works — the more you show up, the more you get back. Engage → Level Up Every comment, reaction, and post you drop here builds toward your level (yes, it's visible right on your profile 👀). The more you show up and engage, the higher you climb — from Static all the way to Flow State. Show Up and engage → Get a Shoutout Members who consistently engage ALSO get featured with a shoutout in the community. Level Up → Unlock the Vault Hit certain levels (level 4 and above) and you'll unlock resources from the Focus Vault — tools and scripts from my 1:1 coaching that aren't posted anywhere else. Download the Skool app so you can reply, react, and engage on the go — no need to be at your laptop. Fastest way to level up is just replying when something hits. Drop a 🔥 below if you're in.

Small win check-in:
What's one thing that went right in your prep this week?
Initial Call
I had my first call with Dr. Arzoo Chhabra, and I have to say, it was incredibly helpful and meaningful to me. I’m currently in a place where I’ve been feeling very unconfident in myself and, overall, quite negative as I navigate the challenges of pre-med life. During our conversation, Dr. Arzoo Chhabra helped me realize how much my fear of failure has been holding me back from putting myself out there and taking opportunities that could help me grow. She also helped me feel motivated again. I tend to focus so much on the things I could have done differently or the areas where I feel I’ve fallen short that I often overlook everything I’ve already accomplished. She helped me recognize those accomplishments and, for the first time in a while, I felt like I could genuinely believe in myself again. She also invited me to the community hour on Saturday and suggested using it as a time for accountability. One of my biggest struggles has been a lack of motivation and feeling lonely while trying to study on my own. I’m incredibly grateful for the encouragement, perspective, and support Dr. Arzoo Chhabra gave me during our call. Thank you again for such an amazing and impactful conversation!
