Initial Call
I had my first call with Dr. Arzoo Chhabra, and I have to say, it was incredibly helpful and meaningful to me. I’m currently in a place where I’ve been feeling very unconfident in myself and, overall, quite negative as I navigate the challenges of pre-med life. During our conversation, Dr. Arzoo Chhabra helped me realize how much my fear of failure has been holding me back from putting myself out there and taking opportunities that could help me grow. She also helped me feel motivated again. I tend to focus so much on the things I could have done differently or the areas where I feel I’ve fallen short that I often overlook everything I’ve already accomplished. She helped me recognize those accomplishments and, for the first time in a while, I felt like I could genuinely believe in myself again. She also invited me to the community hour on Saturday and suggested using it as a time for accountability. One of my biggest struggles has been a lack of motivation and feeling lonely while trying to study on my own. I’m incredibly grateful for the encouragement, perspective, and support Dr. Arzoo Chhabra gave me during our call. Thank you again for such an amazing and impactful conversation!

Thank you so much for sharing this. It genuinely means a lot to me. 🤍 I’m so glad our conversation helped you recognize how much you’ve already accomplished and gave you space to believe in yourself again. You have so much potential, and I hope you continue giving yourself credit for the progress you’re making instead of only focusing on where you think you should be. I’m really looking forward to having you in the community hour and supporting you as you build more confidence, consistency, and accountability along the way. You’ve got this! 💛
MCAT Study Habit
What's one MCAT study habit you know you should break but haven't yet? Fresh-week energy — a chance to name it and reset.

@Misbah Pathan It's clever to cover the material that is hardest on the test first.

@Luke Hoover Correct! What are you doing when you’re not working so you aren’t burnt out? What is that thing that brings you back?
