Below is Jordana's journey. I wanted to share this to show how incredible microdosing can be for some people. Also, this is a great explanation of the difference between how the two popular GLPs can feel. "When I used GLPs I always wanted to do the minimum effective dose so I started at micro amounts. In February I did Trizepetide for 6 weeks and I had a rough go because I took too much. For me I started at 1.25mg/week which was so intense I lost 5lbs in less than 2 weeks and I was not really overweight so that was a lot. I went down to 1mg/week and lost about 2lbs a week for the remaining time I was on it. I switched to Reta which was much lighter for me and went from .5/week up to as high as 1.5mg/week. I never lost much weight on Reta although I took it for 4 months. I think I lost 3-4 pounds total but weight loss wasn't my goal anymore after losing so much on Trizep. Reta did help me begin my body recomposition and support insulin regulation through that. I also used Ipamorelin for 2 cycles. I stopped taking Reta completely 6 weeks ago because I started losing weight too fast sort of out of nowhere I lost my appetite completely and couldn't keep weight on even taking only 1mg. I will probably get back on Reta at .25 or .5 mg / week because I like what it does for me as long as I can do it low enough that I'm still able to eat the amount of calories I need per day to build muscle."
