GLP Webinar Part 2: Dosages- This Thursday (@ 3 pm PT)
Part two of the GLP Metabolic Chemistry series is here. Episode one was a great discussion, and if you missed it, the replay's already posted here in the community. This time we're going deep on dosages and protocols: titration schedules for the various GLPs, how to adjust for patient response. We'll also open it up to the clinical questions we didn't get to last time, including combination strategies and how to handle patients who aren't responding as expected. We may even end with a vote on where we take the series next. I have a feeling GLPs are going to win that one :) https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_HCJStV-7Sj-9tgsKnxPtAA#/registration This will be Thursday, August 13th at 3 p.m. PST. Register and you'll get the recording either way. Looking forward to seeing you there!

This one was so good!!! I can tell how helpful this was for everyone!
Reta. unlocked Dream Physique!!
Wanted to share this story from a chat with a community member. She is 36 years old and has been struggling with Inflammation, edema (water), is the tension for the past six years. Tried a variety of functional protocols and made only small amounts of progress. After being on Reta around 2 mg/week for the past six months, she has lost 11 lbs., And is in the best shape of her life! I hadn't seen her for the entire six-month period, and it honestly took me a few minutes to recognize her, which is a testament to how transformative these molecules can be!

Oh my gosh, 36 and in the best shape of her life! That is incredible!
Discussion Question: GLP Dosing?
Welcome to all the new members in the community! We have some brilliant minds, researchers, practitioners, and biohackers here. If you're a beginner, don't be shy. this is a welcoming space and community. I've had some one-on-one discussions with members around their preferred GLP dose. I'm really curious and would love to have a discussion around this: How did you land on your GLP-1 approach? Everyone's titration story is different, some people start low and stay there, some push up fast, some land somewhere in between based on how their body responds. What actually drove your decision, was it side effects, weight loss pace, cost, something your labs showed, or something else entirely?

I have actually not started a GLP-1 before, although I have considered it. I have put a lot of thought behind the dosing because I've heard of the many benefits of GLP-1's but I am already a petite person. Based on my research and conversations, when I was considering starting a GLP protocol, my thought process was to just start with the absolute smallest amount I could to see how my body reacts slowly. The decision drivers were side effects for sure: I've heard of the nausea and diarrhea and I think I might hate nausea more than the average person haha. Then definitely the weight loss pace as well, as a petite person it's crucial to go at things like that slowly so as not to do serious damage to muscle. Curious to hear what the decision factors are for others too!
GLP Metabolic Chemistry Webinar This Thursday!
First things first, an apology. It's been quiet in here for a while, and that one's on me. I haven't disappeared, I've just been heads down building a whole clinical training apparatus: live webinars, discussion sessions in between, teaching materials, and protocol breakdowns, all built around what practitioners actually need. The first session kicks off this week, and this is a special invite for this community. It'll be a deep dive into GLP metabolic chemistry: blood sugar regulation, AMPK, GLUT-4, leptin resistance, mTOR signaling, and why optimizing cellular metabolism matters more than just shifting macronutrients. https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_xYBVQ7z5TtijeCUklLgMhA#/registration This webinar will be this Thursday, July 30th at 3 p.m. PST. If you register, you'll receive the recording as well. Looking forward to a great discussion!

Ah! So excited for this. I've had lots of questions around this topic myself. Looking forward to getting all the amazing info! WOOP
Do GLPs affect your ability to fall in love?
Hi PPA Gang, I just got back from an amazing weekend facilitating peptide events in SF and LA. A very common question and discussion point was regarding GLP-1s and the media hype around them affecting people's ability to fall in love. Most people felt that this was hype and not true at all. however, I met some people that were taking a high of Reta that felt like this could be the case of them. But that they actually didn't mind this. Based on the literature, i felt that this was more nocebo-induced rather than a real physiological process. But I'm curious if anyone has any thoughts or experience?

@Awais Spall Exactly! And it seems to help people feel more confident in their bodies... leading to more openness to connect with your partner!
