Happy Friday!
Hope everyone's having a good start to the year and keeping up the good work optimizing your body. Here are some useful tips:
  1. Lowest Effective Dose - The lowest effective dose is the principle of finding that dose "sweet spot" that works. Every protocol is tailored to individual needs, however, there is no benefit from using the highest dose (unless necessary). Consistency is more important for long term benefits and results than spiking doses. Sometimes even half the recommended dose is enough to achieve results!
2. Regular check-ups and blood testing - This is often neglected and should be the first step before adding any peptide protocol. Knowing the baseline starting point is crucial to determine what peptides to supplement and what benefits they are providing.
3. Weight lifting - We cannot say this enough!!! The benefits are well documented. You do not have to become hulk but muscle training and resistance are key for strong bones, aging well, consistent weight loss and overall health.
4. Healthy diet - Some people on GLPs or losing weight often times are calorie deficient, needing healthy fats or not eating enough. This is what causes fatigue, brain fog and other unintended consequences. Your body needs nutrients! and healthy fats! A well balanced diet with proper caloric intake is key to long term weight loss and well being.
5. Sleep! - Studies have shown that being sleep deprived affects the body tremendously. Incorporating good sleeping habits to your biohacking studies will take the results next level, the body NEEDS sleep to heal and reset.
