FASTING BEFORE THE GYM
I get up at 5am take my peptides go to gym by 6am and than come back after gym and have breakfast the question is how do I eat something for energy to go to the gym that will not mess up my fasted state hence interfere with the peptides working does any one have suggestions please
I would like to eat a banana but would probably mess everything up
