Small Win
Despite all of today’s set backs from weather, to fatherhood, to temporary hot water outages in my building, I still went to the gym and got a good workout in along with some meal prepping. The next goal is sleep.

EXAMPLE: INTRO — Eron
Standard I failed to enforce: Consistency when no one was watching. When I first quit working corporate full time, I found it so easy to do what was 'just enough' to keep everything afloat (physique, coaching, etc). I learned that I could easily lock in under pressure, but then as soon as that was removed, I would slowly let my standards for myself slide until eventually my structure disappeared. Where I drifted: When something unexpected would come up and push back my schedule by even as little as an hour. That would be enough to throw me over the edge and I'd tell myself that alright, lets aim for a perfect day tomorrow. And would use that inconvenience to justify not knowing what I knew I should be doing to keep chasing after my mission. It wasn't because I didn’t know what to do — but because nothing forced me to actually follow-through. What “locked in” looks like now: Non-negotiable structure. Working out 4-5x per week and hitting my protein target everyday. 200g+ minimum. Doesn't matter if I'm in Toronto or in France, this is a non-negotiable for me. This is what I built my discipline, my structure and my systems around. As much as I love to negotiate with myself, my standards don’t change anymore based on my mood, schedule, or motivation. This has only been possible due to having the right systems in place. This room exists to remove the option to drift — for me and for everyone here.

This room is for men who already know what to do, and are done pretending motivation is the issue. The standard here is simple: - You execute. - You report. - You don’t disappear. Your first action (do this now): Create an Intro Post and answer these 3 questions clearly: 1. What standard have you been failing to enforce on yourself? 2. Where do you usually drift when no one’s watching? 3. What does “locked in” actually look like for you over the next 30 days? Short. Honest. No storytelling. After that: - Read the Rules - Show up to the Weekly Standards Review Call - Post wins, slips, and check-ins without being asked This room works because participation is visible. Action first. Clarity follows. Rules: do the work and show up for yourself everyday.

Group Call
Hey guys—quick update. Today's group call will be canceled. We’re still waiting on everyone to get into the Skool group; a few people are running into access issues and we’re working through them now. Plan is to be fully up and running by next week. Hope all of your week’s have been solid so far.

Intro - Sukh
What standard have you been failing to enforce on yourself? I haven’t consistently enforced the standard of discipline over convenience. I rely too much on motivation instead of non-negotiable habits. Training happens, but discipline around sleep, recovery, and nutrition hasn’t always matched the effort I put into workouts. The standard should be: discipline even when no one’s watching. Where do you usually drift when no one’s watching? I drift into “almost disciplined” behaviour, under-fuelling on protein some days, doomscrolling instead of locking in, and telling myself I’ll “lock in tomorrow.” It’s not quitting, but it’s coasting just enough to slow progress. What does “locked in” actually look like for you over the next 30 days? Locked in means discipline first, feelings second. Training 4 days a week, hitting daily protein targets, prioritizing sleep and recovery - no exceptions or excuses.

Most coaches add. I remove. For men 30-50 who've trained hard for years and still don't see it in the mirror. No discipline lectures.
