Salesforce Flow: Auto Case Update + Email on Status = 'Waiting for Customer'
Just built a simple but powerful Record-Triggered Flow for the Case object in Salesforce.
Trigger: When Status = Waiting for Customer🔧 Actions:
Update Record Type to Customer Confirmation
✅Assign Case to “Waiting for Customer” Queue
Send Email to Contact using a predefined template
🔍 Debug Log Highlights:
Flow fired on Case update as expected
OwnerId updated to Queue (Queue ID confirmed)
Email sent successfully (emailSubject + emailBody verified)
Debug used rollback mode, so no real data was changed
