✅ Project Complete! (Will send the PDF tomorrow 😁!)

Just wrapped up the NHS Digital case flow project. This one definitely pushed me especially with the flows, automations, and queue logic.

There were moments where things broke (email triggers, field updates, flow errors), but working through those challenges helped me become proficient enough to build, test, and troubleshoot flows with purpose not just follow steps blindly.

I still have more to learn, but this was a solid step forward in thinking like a real admin.
