Here’s a quick recap from our last session:
✅ We continued the big Case Management project focused on tracking true case backlog by waiting for customer confirmation before closing cases.
✅ Ahmed did a great job demoing his solution — walking us through everything from custom status fields (like “Customer Confirmation Needed”) to managing the flow of cases as they wait for customer input.
✅ The demo took us right up to the point of building automations (flows) to handle status changes and automated email notifications.
✅ We discussed how this approach helps support teams track only the cases that truly need action, rather than those just waiting on a customer reply.
