๐ Today's Topic: Sales Cloud Fundamentals
Todayโs work in Salesforce Sales Cloud fundamentals showed how connected the Lead โ Campaign โ Opportunity โ Revenue lifecycle is.
It was challenging at first becauseb its been 2 years, small setup issues (like Price Books or Campaign linking) can break the flow, especially when Products or Campaign Members donโt appear correctly. Once it clicked, the structure became logical.
Key takeaway: Sales Cloud is not just data entry โ itโs about business process flow:
- Campaigns generate Leads
- Leads are qualified into sales
- Opportunities track revenue
- Products + Price Books define monetization
Overall, I now understand the importance of proper configuration, as even small setup gaps affect reporting and revenue visibility.
