Todayโ€™s work in Salesforce Sales Cloud fundamentals showed how connected the Lead โ†’ Campaign โ†’ Opportunity โ†’ Revenue lifecycle is.
It was challenging at first becauseb its been 2 years, small setup issues (like Price Books or Campaign linking) can break the flow, especially when Products or Campaign Members donโ€™t appear correctly. Once it clicked, the structure became logical.
Key takeaway: Sales Cloud is not just data entry โ€” itโ€™s about business process flow:
  • Campaigns generate Leads
  • Leads are qualified into sales
  • Opportunities track revenue
  • Products + Price Books define monetization
