Automating Follow-Up Tasks for Closed Won Opportunities Using Flow and Process Builder
This project automates the creation of follow-up tasks 7 days after an Opportunity is marked as "Closed Won." By combining Process Builder and an auto-launched Flow, the system efficiently triggers task creation tied directly to the Opportunity record. The Process Builder detects the stage change and passes the Opportunity ID to the Flow, which then creates a related Task with a due date set 7 days in the future. This approach improves sales team productivity by ensuring timely follow-ups without manual effort.
Hint: Record triggered flow will do this alone. I had to try the process builder as its my first and last 🤣
