Technical Issues
I listened to the session and have questions about technical issues:
1) how to be "live" instead of just my file photo
2) how can I ask a question if not "live"
3) my message exceeded 280 digits (I think) so was not posted, with no alternatives such as the opportunity to shorten it
4) additional things that were hard to figure out--mostly because I was afraid to push many "buttons" for fear I would lose the connection!
