Hello, I am excited to announce we are going to start with our first group session together this Tuesday at 11:30. Below is a zoom link for you to use. I have a few guidelines for our time together. 1. Everyone must be on camera. We will be sharing about our families and we need to see each other's face. We might start off as strangers but we will fast become friends in this process. We are in this together, parent to parent, growing and learning alongside each other. 2. I am going to ask each parent refrain from giving advice to other parents. I want your focus to be on your journey so you can get the most out of our time together. 3. There is no judgment of your past parenting choices. With that being said, I will share my perspective if someone asks a question that may not always line up with yours. We don't have to agree to work together. 4. I will not be functioning in a therapeutic role but one as a facilitator and coach. 5. Please bring questions that relate to the material you have completed and the issues you are currently working on. I will not be able to give a lot of one-on-one time in these group events but will address issues in a way that answers your questions. Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of your parenting journey. Together we will grow stronger and more confident. Remember, you are not responsible for your children's successes or failures. You are responsible for how you show up in the relationship with your child. I will post a zoom link for our time together on Monday. Always, Catherine

Hi i’m kathy from Louisiana , mom of 2 adults and step to 3! Looking forward to stretching myself in this course. I’ve always thought that my kids were my best teachers and still are. New ways of thinking and navigating these relationships is why I was drawn to the course,also I have the need and desire to communicate better, and love them unconditionally !
