Custom Metric: Video Hook

Have you guys created the custom metric "Video Hook" basically it tells you what percentage of people watched the first 3 seconds of your ad.

Typically I have seen 30-40% to be a pretty solid video hook for an ad.

Every account is different, but thats the benchmark i've determined based on experience. So if your getting lower than 30% I would say theres room for improvement.
