I wanted to share something from this week because it honestly surprised me a bit

I crossed $10k in sales on my Shopify store selling Christmas products, and what stood out to me wasn’t the number, but how fast things shifted once I made one clear decision

A couple weeks ago, the store was inconsistent.Some days sales came in, some days nothing happened, and it felt like I was guessing more than building

Instead of adding new products or changing everything, I took a step back and looked at what the season was actually telling me. I made one focused adjustment based on that, nothing complicated, but very intentional

Within days, the difference was obvious.Traffic started converting cleaner.Orders came in more consistently.And for the first time, it felt like the store was finally aligned with what people were already in the mood to buy

This week was a reminder for me that scaling isn’t always about doing more, sometimes it’s about timing, positioning, and knowing what to lean into

I’m going into the new week with way more clarity after seeing how much impact that one decision had.

Still kind of surprised how much it changed things, to be honest.
