🔴 We’re Back — Ozone 101 With Blake
After some tech hiccups (camera issues officially fired 😅), we’re back live — and last week I broke down something foundational: How ozone is actually made — and how to use it safely and effectively. A lot of people own a system…But don’t fully understand how it works. So here’s your quick recap 👇 🧪 Step 1: Medical-Grade Ozone Starts With Pure Oxygen True medical-grade ozone requires a pure oxygen source. If a machine pulls oxygen from the air, that is NOT medical-grade ozone and should never be used internally. With the Alpha X system: 1. Oxygen tank turns on 2. Oxygen feeds into the generator 3. Plasma energy converts O₂ into O₃ 4. Ozone exits through the output hose 5. Attachments determine application Simple. Clean. Controlled. 💧 Ozone Water (Daily Essential) One of my favorite daily applications. Why? Because ozone is a soluble gas — it saturates water easily. Ozone water can be used for: • Drinking (best first thing in the morning) • Eye drops (pink eye, irritation, vision support) • Skin and face (collagen + complexion support) • Disinfecting cuts• Cleaning countertops • Soaking meat (E. coli & salmonella neutralization in ~3 minutes) ⚠️ Important:Ozone water lasts about 45 minutes — drink immediately after bubbling.Always blow off the top layer before consuming. 👂 Ear Insufflation Using the ear attachment: • Sinus support • Allergy relief • Brain fog support • Calming cortisol & adrenaline • Mental clarity + relaxation Typically done for ~5 minutes.Fan should be on to disperse excess gas away from lungs. 🔁 Rectal & Vaginal Insufflation Advanced but powerful applications: • Prostate support • Colon support • Systemic detox & oxygenation Flow rates: • Rectal → 1/32 (about 5 min) • Vaginal → 1/16 Proper depth and technique matter for comfort and retention. 🔥 Why This Matters This isn’t just a “tool.” It’s a family wellness investment.
