Day 4 – Still Showing Up | Listening to My Body & Staying Consistent
Today was a reminder that consistency doesn’t mean forcing movements your body doesn’t tolerate. I filmed part of a workout and tried jumping jacks for the first time in about 20 years. I’ve had bilateral meniscus tears with surgical repair in 2006, and I was quickly reminded why I stopped doing them. That doesn’t mean quitting movement. It means adapting intelligently. I may not do many jumping jacks going forward—but I will keep it moving, keep adjusting, and keep showing up in ways that support long-term health. This is what we focus on inside Organic Human Club:real people, real bodies, real consistency—without ego or extremes. If you’re done with all-or-nothing fitness and want sustainable momentum, you’re welcome here. 👉 Join the Organic Human Club on Skool:https://www.skool.com/organichumanclub-1700/about

Day 3 of staying consistent—not in a gym session, not all at once, but throughout the day.
“Day 3. No workout block. Just consistency.” (pull-ups / ab roller) “Today wasn’t a full session.” “10 negative pull-ups.”“10 ab roller.” “7 total sets.” “All done between work tasks.”“No perfect time.”“No gym playlist.”“No excuses.” “Consistency isn’t about motivation.”“It’s about doing something—whenever you can.” "If you want to train like this—with real people, real life, and real accountability—join us in Organic Human Club.”
