Today was a reminder that consistency doesn’t mean forcing movements your body doesn’t tolerate.
I filmed part of a workout and tried jumping jacks for the first time in about 20 years. I’ve had bilateral meniscus tears with surgical repair in 2006, and I was quickly reminded why I stopped doing them.
That doesn’t mean quitting movement. It means adapting intelligently. I may not do many jumping jacks going forward—but I will keep it moving, keep adjusting, and keep showing up in ways that support long-term health.
This is what we focus on inside Organic Human Club:real people, real bodies, real consistency—without ego or extremes.
If you’re done with all-or-nothing fitness and want sustainable momentum, you’re welcome here.
