Great conversation with @Jessica Clark today. We talked about organization, trying not to add too many things on our plates at one time, Skoot CRM, a few geeky things about Go High Level and one of my favorite topics, mindset. Oh, and somehow we talked about geography from Bermuda up into Canada, down through Montana and into Arizona. That's a lot of ground covered (no pun intended lol)! The Coffee Chats in December are a bit casual. We talk about what's on our mind with regards to business, but the format for 2026 is in the works. Starting on the first Wednesday in January, we will take about ten minutes at the beginning of the call to talk about a business topic. Then, we will open the room for Q&A and also for hot seats where you can raise your hand and get help on something you're working on in your business. This is a free. application call where you get to lean into leaders who can help you step over hurdles and run the last mile. We will also introduce a Premium tier membership sometime in the 1st Qtr 2026. Premium members will have access to replays of the Coffee Chat calls in case you cannot make it or want to watch it again AND a pdf of the talking points for the topic will also be uploaded and available for Premium members. Over the course of the year, we'll add 50 replays and 50 topic talking point papers.
