Finding Your Voice
"As you find your voice, your people will begin to find you." - Russell Brunson
Ok, so that's a cool quote, but let's tear it apart a little. It's not like the Field of Dreams quote: "Build it and they will come." You cannot create a website, an offer, or any part of your business and not talk about it everywhere. People don't just come. They come through attraction, relationships, and engagement.
The purpose of my business and community is to create an environment that takes founders from chaotic operations to clear, confident CEO leadership through structure, systems, and precision.
Finding your voice means consistent action, finding your cadence, discovering what you really, really like to talk about and then, finding the unique way you like to talk about it. You'll find that part of my voice in my posts and comments here and social media include stories/analogies.
This is what you have to know to find your voice, so your people can find you:
Without action, no one will know about your business.
Without consistency, your people will scroll past your posts.
Without engagement, your people may say to themselves, "I'll check it out later," and never come back.
Without an invitation with simple steps on what to do next (CTA), you're just adding information to a busy scroll.
