Sometimes it's better to refuse work
I got a client that paid me $300 2 weeks ago. The plan was to send 100 emails for him. On paper $300 is $300, but when you account for the amount of work I did, plus the costs to run the email campaign for him it was not worth it at all. After costs I profited $175 for about 10 hours of work. Might as well of worked a shift at mcdonald's atp. It's good to have a pricing plan that actually makes you money and you have to be willing to say no to work when you're not getting paid properly for the amount of work you're doing. Now we have a better pricing plan and qualification strategy to get paid properly for the work we do.
