Let’s look at the big picture. I’m sure all of you have heard the phrase, “use your money to buy back time.” For a long time, that idea did not fully click for me until I started running my own companies. “Time waits for no man,” as my mom used to say. As entrepreneurs, the goal is not just to clock more hours. It is to create more output per hour. That is where real leverage comes from. Efficiency is everything. If you already have administrative employees, make sure you are giving them the tools and training to become AI fluent. And as you bring on new employees, this should be something you actively look for in the hiring process. Office employees without AI knowledge can waste 22.75 workdays per year compared to an AI-fluent counterpart.

So majority of my leads are coming from linkedin. This has been the best place for me to connect with Luxury builders, But I know the best way to get more leads is open up more pathways.
