Bread at home hits different than store bought 😏 Have you ever read the ingredients on a bread label at the store???? It’s VERY long and half the stuff you can’t even pronounce🤦♀️ I don’t make this this all the time, it’s a great skill I’ve come to love though, it’s delicious and nutritious! 🤤🍞 Makes 2 loaves❤️ 1.5 cup warm milk, 1/2 cup warm water Mix with tbsp of sugar & tbsp active dry yeast Activate for 5-10 minutes (I aim for the ten minutes) Mix 6 cups of flour, 1/4 cup honey, 2.5 tsp salt, 1/4 cup melted butter, and one egg Knead for 5 minutes, rest to allow gluten to activate, knead 10 more minutes Drizzle oil over ball of dough, cover bowl and let rise for 1 hour or so 💥PUNCH💥 Divide dough in half & shape into loaf pans Let rise for another hour or so Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes or until golden brown!
